KIMIADUR (PBT- PBT/PET)

Kimiadur is a registered grade of Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) alloys of Kimiaforooz Company, which is widely used in electrical and electronic industries due to its low electrical conductivity, high thermal resistance, high mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability. Other features of this material include the ability to be reinforced with glass fibers, good mechanical strength, low water absorption and resistance to chemicals and solvents. PBT compounds are widely used in automotive industry include: engine combustion, headlights, windshield wipers, brakes, fuel storage tank, car bumper, etc., in electrical and electronics industries, including switches, relays, household electric motor bodies, fuse bodies, connectors, telephone parts, plugs, cable insulation, energy-saving lamps, etc. Some of home appliances of this polymer includes iron handle, some toaster parts, vacuum cleaner parts and electric grinders, hair dryers, etc.
